Shipping & Returns
Shipping& Returns Policy
How sample shipping works, and our policy on refunds once a sample has been submitted for testing.
Last updated: July 2026
Shipping Address
Cadence Analytics Lab does not operate from a single fixed lab address. Orders are routed to whichever qualified team member has the instrumentation, availability, and turnaround capacity to handle your sample. Because of this, the shipping address for your sample is sent to you by email as part of your order confirmation, after payment, and is specific to your order. This address can vary between orders.
Sample Retention
All samples submitted to Cadence Analytics Lab are consumed during the analytical testing process and are not returned. This applies to all customers regardless of location. By submitting a sample, you acknowledge that the material will not be shipped back to you after testing is complete.
Shipping for Canadian Residents
Canadian customers ship their sample to the address provided in their order confirmation email using Canada Post or any courier of their choice. Packaging and labelling instructions specific to your service are included in that same email. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your sample to us.
Shipping for US Customers
Cadence accepts samples from customers in the United States. However, any shipment crossing the US/Canada border is subject to inspection by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Customs clearance, import requirements, and all border risk associated with shipping a sample into Canada are the customer’s responsibility, not Cadence’s.
Cadence cannot guarantee that a package shipped from the United States will clear CBSA customs and be delivered to our team. Peptide vials in particular may be flagged, held, or seized at the border if CBSA determines the contents require import authorization that the sender does not hold. How CBSA treats any given package is outside our control.
If your sample clears customs and reaches us, we will test it under the same terms as any other order. If it does not reach us because it was held or seized at the border, that outcome is the customer’s risk. Cadence cannot offer a refund for samples that do not arrive due to customs action.
Returns and Refunds
Cadence Analytics Lab provides testing services, not physical goods, so traditional product returns do not apply. Samples are consumed in the analytical process and cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once testing has started.
If you need to cancel an order before your sample has been received and testing has begun, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Lost or Undelivered Samples
If your sample is lost in transit before it reaches us, contact us with your order number and shipping tracking information so we can look into it. Cadence is not responsible for samples lost or damaged in transit before they reach our team.
