Two Tiers, One Standard

Pricing is set by how many peptides are combined in a single vial, not by which peptide it is. Every test runs the same full analytical panel regardless of tier.

Standard Tier: $239 CAD

For a vial containing a single peptide, or a blend of two combined peptides. Covers the full identity, purity, and concentration panel.

Complex Blend Tier: $399 CAD

For a vial containing more than two combined peptides. Each component must be individually identified and quantified, which is why this tier carries a higher rate.

What We Measure

Each analyte group reports independently. The COA carries the headline values. The full report includes instrument data and method references.

Purity

Quantitation of the target peptide as a percentage of total peak area, reported by HPLC with UV/Vis and diode array detection.

HPLC

Molecular Weight

Confirms the measured mass of the peptide matches the expected mass for the claimed compound, within instrument tolerance.

LC-MS/MS

Amino Acid Sequence

Confirms the peptide’s amino acid chain matches the claimed sequence, distinguishing it from structurally similar but incorrect compounds.

LC-MS/MS

Impurity Profiling

Identifies and quantifies related substances and degradation products present alongside the target peptide.

HPLC / LC-MS/MS

Sequence Confirmation

Cross-validates the amino acid sequence result against a second method, reducing the chance of a false positive identity match.

Capillary Electrophoresis

Residual Solvent

Screens for solvents and processing residues left over from synthesis or purification, reported against standard reference limits.

GC-MS

Endotoxin Screening

Available as an add-on for samples intended for sterile preparation, screened against standard endotoxin unit limits.

What the COA Reports

Once testing finishes, the lab issues a PDF Certificate of Analysis and enters results into the verification database. You receive a Task Number and Verification Key by email and confirm the result on the homepage at any time.

The verified card shows the peptide identity, purity percentage, key findings, and a link to the full detailed COA with instrument data.
