The Instruments BehindEvery Cadence Result
Every test panel at Cadence Analytics Lab runs on primary analytical instrumentation. No outsourcing, no reference labs. The methods, detection limits, and applicable services for each instrument are documented below.

What Runs in Our Lab
Each instrument covers one or more analytical techniques. Detection limits and matrix applicability vary by method.
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
UV/Vis and diode array detection. Primary instrument for purity measurement and impurity profiling.
Liquid Chromatography, Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
Triple quadrupole mass spectrometry for targeted quantitation and sequence confirmation at trace levels.
Inductively Coupled Plasma, Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)
Trace and ultra-trace metal quantitation across water, soil, and biological matrices.
Gas Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
Separation and identification of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds. Includes purge and trap inlet for water VOC analysis.
Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)
High resolution separation for peptide sequence confirmation and charge variant analysis. Orthogonal to HPLC for purity verification.
Ion Chromatography (IC)
Separation and quantitation of inorganic anions and cations. Primary method for nutrient analysis in water samples.
An Independent Lab, Built on Discipline
Cadence Analytics Lab operates as an independent testing facility. Every instrument runs under documented calibration schedules, method validation records, and maintenance logs.
Formal accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 is a planned future phase of the lab’s development. Method documentation is available on request.
