Who We Are

Cadence Analytics Lab is a Canadian analytical testing service offering peptide testing and environmental testing. We are operated by a distributed team and route incoming orders to whichever qualified team member has the instrumentation, availability, and turnaround capacity to handle them.

Information We Collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect the information needed to process your test and deliver results, including your name, email address, billing information, and any sample identifiers you provide, such as a lot or batch number. If you submit a physical sample for testing, we also receive whatever information you include with that sample, such as a vendor name or claimed compound.

We do not collect health information about you, and testing services offered through Cadence are not medical services. Sample testing relates to the composition of a submitted material, not to any individual’s health status.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, route samples to an available lab, generate your Certificate of Analysis, and communicate with you about your order, including sample submission instructions and turnaround updates. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Order Routing and Shipping Information

Because Cadence routes orders across a distributed team rather than operating from a single fixed lab, your order confirmation email includes the shipping address relevant to your specific order. This address can vary between orders depending on which team member is handling your sample at the time.

Certificate of Analysis Verification

Every COA we issue includes a Task Number and Verification Key. These are designed to let anyone confirm a result is genuine using our public verification tool, without requiring an account or login. The verification tool displays the headline test results tied to those two values. It does not display your name, email, or other account information.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your test results or order details with third parties, including the vendor or source of your tested material, except where required by law or where you have explicitly asked us to. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor, who receives the information necessary to complete your transaction.

Data Retention

We retain order and test result records for as long as needed to support COA verification and to meet our own recordkeeping obligations. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep for legal or administrative purposes.

Your Rights

If you have an account with us, you can review and update your account information directly. You can also contact us to request a copy of your personal data or to ask that it be deleted, consistent with the retention limits described above.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to support core functionality such as staying logged in to your account and remembering your cart. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
