About Cadence Analytics
Built by StudentsStudying the Science Behind It
Cadence Analytics Lab is run by a team of university students across Canada, studying in analytical chemistry and related fields. We test samples as part of our academic work, and we started Cadence to put that training to use, fund our education, and offer a reliable, lower cost testing option for researchers and independent operators.
Our Story
Why We Started Cadence
Cadence Analytics started with a simple problem. Commercial third-party testing is expensive, and many researchers, small producers, and independent operators cannot absorb that cost just to confirm a sample. At the same time, we were already running this kind of analysis as university students studying in the field, building real lab experience on real instrumentation.
We built Cadence Analytics to close that gap. The work funds our tuition while we are still in school, and it gives clients a lower cost option for peptide and environmental testing without cutting corners on the method.
We are early in this build. The current focus is reversed-phase HPLC for peptide and protein purity, with mass spectrometry identity confirmation coming online as a second tier. Accreditation is a planned future phase, not a current claim.
Cadence does not run from a single fixed lab address. When an order comes in, we match it to whichever qualified team member has the instrumentation, availability, and turnaround capacity to handle it. Once your order is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email with everything you need: how to package your sample, where to send it, and your expected turnaround time.
How We Work
What Sets Cadence Apart
We run lean by design. That keeps testing affordable for researchers and small operators who cannot absorb commercial lab pricing.
Every test is run by a student studying this field, on instrumentation and methods we use in our own coursework and research.
Every COA issued by Cadence carries a Task Number and Verification Key. Anyone can confirm a result on our homepage.
Quality & Accreditation
Honest About Where We Are
Cadence Analytics Lab is independent and not currently accredited. We are building the lab in phases, starting with HPLC purity testing and adding mass spectrometry identity confirmation as a second tier. Formal accreditation is a planned future phase, not something we claim today.
If your application requires a result from a currently accredited lab, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether our documentation meets your specific requirement.
